Field Service Technician

We currently have a full time position available for a Field Service Technician to be located in the Houston area. Qualified candidates should have at least 2-4 years of Field Service, Mechanical or Materials Handling experience. Associate Degree in Electronics/Engineering Technology Degree preferred. Knowledge of Profibus, Modbus and DeviceNet, along with the ability to read schematics and blueprints. The ability to speak both English and Spanish, as well as having familiarity of our product line/industry, would be a plus.

Additional requirements include good computer, organization skills, along with verbal and written communication skills. Willing to travel both domestically and internationally with little notice and willing to stay for weeks at a time.


Regional Sales Manager

Schenck Process, a leader in the weighing and metering industry is looking for a team player that is willing to accept a rewarding and challenging position and to help take the business to the next level. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in selling capital equipment, developing new accounts, and managing key client relationships. Experience with material handling manufacturing would be a plus. Successful candidate should have 6-8 years of sales territory management, strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with a variety of people and disciplines, an energetic self-motivated personality with strong written and oral communication skills, and solid computer, organizational and time management skills.

We are looking for someone to handle the West Coast and would preferably be located in one of the following areas, Phoenix, San Diego, Los Angeles or Riverside.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business and 6-8 years of capital equipment sales experience preferably in the Cement, Steel or Mining Industries. This position requires travel a minimum of 60 percent of the time.

Mechanical Engineer

Schenck Process has a challenging position available in their Engineering Department for a Mechanical Engineer. Schenck Process is the worldwide leader in the manufacture of weighing, metering and processing solutions equipment.

The ideal candidate would have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 to 3 years’ experience in industrial equipment design and analysis with product development experience. Additional requirements include a working knowledge of SolidWorks and MS Office programs and exposure to AutoCAD, SmarTeam, and finite element analysis theories. Project management experience is a plus. Successful candidate will receive training regarding Schenck Process’ product line.

Sales Application Engineer

Schenck Process has a 40-year history of manufacturing industrial capital equipment for a wide range of customers in markets throughout the world. We are an industry leader in supplying innovative products to companies that utilize process equipment in their operation. As a company we have built a group of experienced and highly motivated employees and are currently looking to add to our team by filling an open Sales Application Engineer position.

We are looking for a candidate that has the desire to be part of a customer-focused and fast paced sales team. This position provides key technical support to the Regional Sales Managers in our heavy industry sales division and will be working directly with customers over the phone and on-site visits.

The position requires a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an understanding of process controls. 2-4 years of related engineering experience is a plus. Other requirements include a proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Programs as well as good verbal and written communication skills. An understanding of basic manufacturing process flow, controls, and bulk solids metering technology along with PLC’s, Fieldbus and MMI/HMI interfaces is necessary.
