The MULTISTREAM B-80 solids flow meter is designed as an enclosed in-line measuring system for continuous acquisition of flow rates and totalized amounts. Accommodating flow rates up to 100 t/h or 80m3/h, the MULTISTREAM is excellent for measuring flow rates, totalizing, and the batching of pulverized to granular materials with a grain size up to 30 mm. Additionally, its compact design eliminates headroom loss making it easy to integrate into existing production lines.
The MULTISTREAM is comprised of stainless steel housing, an impact plate, load cell, and integrated electronic housing. This design combination gives the solids flow meter the ability to withstand harsh environments, provides flow rate by means of a reactive force utilizing the impact plate principle, and allows the easy installation of weighing controls within the electronic housing.
Additional features of the MULTISTREAM include accuracies of ±2% of nominal flow rate, operating pressures of -25 mbar to 50 mbar, and an ambient temperature range of -22° F to 140° F.
