Schenck Process Focuses on Operational Simplicity with the New OP1 Operator Interface

Designed as a single feeder operator interface for the
Schenck Process DISOCONT® control, the new OP1 provides
users with operation, calibration, trending, and basic
diagnostics in one easy to use system. Start up is
simplified by utilizing the integrated OP1 tutorial that
walks the operator
through each step. A graphical color touch screen
display contains the latest in HMI technology and
multi-level password protection allows a supervisor to
select and protect read or write parameters for operator
access only.
The OP1 has the option to be packaged in a panel mount unit with the DISOCONT® control or configured independently in a NEMA 4 type enclosure, which allows for a remote mount interface.
Other features of the new operator interface include four Mbytes of flash memory, four global function keys, and a lighted LCD display.
