INTEGRATORS & SETPOINT CONTROLS:
  • Intecont Plus for Measuring Systems:
    – Industrial, NEMA 4 rated electronics package measures belt speed and belt load to calculate totalized weight at accuracies better than 0.5%.
  • Intecont Plus for Feeding Systems:
    – Industrial, NEMA 4 rated setpoint controller measures belt load and dynamically controls belt speed to achieve feed rate accuracies within 0.5% of setpoint.
  • DISOCONT® Weigh Controller:
    – Industrial, "Mechatronic" NEMA 4 rated setpoint controller measures belt load and dynamically controls belt speed to achieve feed rate accuracies within 0.5% of setpoint. 4-20 mA output provided for prefeed control. Profibus, DeviceNet, Ethernet, or Modbus interface optionally available.
MOTORS, DRIVES, AND SPEED SENSORS:
  • Reduce operating costs and improve performance by replacing old constant speed motors, DC drives, and low resolution speed sensors with new high efficiency AC motors, variable frequency drives, and Schenck Process' high frequency digital speed sensors.
LOAD CELL ASSEMBLIES:
  • Replace old strain gauge or LVDT loads cells with new Schenck Process all-stainless steel, NTEP approved strain gauge load cells.
